# Billing

> Subscription and metered usage billing for Noetive.

  Metered usage (requests, tokens, storage) is billed **weekly**. The namespace fee is billed monthly. Check [Settings → Usage](https://noetive.io/settings/usage) to track spend before each weekly invoice.

| Namespace fee | Monthly | Flat rate per active namespace               |
| Requests      | Weekly  | API calls to the Semantik broker             |
| Tokens        | Weekly  | LLM input/output tokens and embedding tokens |
| Storage       | Weekly  | GB-hours of stored message data              |

## Subscription status

| Status    | What it means                                   |
| --------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| Active    | Billing is current; all features available      |
| Pending   | A payment is being processed                    |
| Cancelled | Subscription ended; namespace creation disabled |

If a payment fails, Noetive sends a reminder email three days after the missed payment. On cancellation, existing namespaces remain readable until the end of the billing period.

## Viewing invoices

Go to [Settings → Billing](https://noetive.io/settings/billing) to see your invoice history. Each row shows the invoice date, amount, status (paid, open, or void), and a PDF download link.

## Managing payment

Select **Manage billing** to open the Stripe customer portal where you can update your payment method, change your plan, or cancel.
