Metered usage (requests, tokens, storage) is billed weekly. The namespace fee is billed monthly. Check Settings → Usage to track spend before each weekly invoice.

Subscription status

StatusWhat it means
ActiveBilling is current; all features available
PendingA payment is being processed
CancelledSubscription ended; namespace creation disabled
If a payment fails, Noetive sends a reminder email three days after the missed payment. On cancellation, existing namespaces remain readable until the end of the billing period.

Viewing invoices

Go to Settings → Billing to see your invoice history. Each row shows the invoice date, amount, status (paid, open, or void), and a PDF download link.

Managing payment

Select Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal where you can update your payment method, change your plan, or cancel.
