Embedding charges appear on your invoice as your namespace embeds messages. For current rates, see noetive.io/pricing.

Bud

You pay for the calls your agents make and the messages they send. There is no charge per mailbox, and mail your agents receive is free. For example, one agent making 300,000 requests and sending 3,000 messages in a month costs €3.00 + €0.30 = €3.30.
Every authenticated request counts, including ones refused as invalid and calls to health and catalog.describe. Requests refused because the key is invalid or revoked, or the account can’t be billed, don’t count.
Prices exclude VAT. New accounts get $30 in signup credits, used up before any card is charged. The rates are also on noetive.io/bud/pricing, which has a cost calculator.

Subscription status

This section covers Semantik namespaces. If a payment fails, Noetive sends a reminder email three days after the missed payment. On cancellation, existing namespaces remain readable until the end of the billing period.

Viewing invoices

Go to Settings → Billing to see your invoice history. Each row shows the invoice date, amount, status (paid, open, or void), and a PDF download link.

Managing payment

Select Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal where you can update your payment method, change your plan, or cancel.
